Current mood: pleased
As I find myself poor at correspondence. I want home to reach out to me yet I don't reach out to it. I don't miss my many homes as much as I feel like maybe I should. Certain things and people at times, yes. Comforts and familiarity, yes. I generally find a way to cope with where I am. With what I have. With who I'm with. Where are my roots? Do I just use people, environments, hobbies to keep me interested. Involved and temporarily ambitious. I agree, life shouldn't be a going through a series of distractions. I don't know why I put it that way. I genuinely have a more optimistic view than that. Its fear that holds me back. Too often. Prediction and wallowings. I need to live in the present. I need to focus on the future and pay attention to productive expectations. Alternative spring break, internship at free press, language skills, classes, getting a job, moving into my house, travels, grad school, Argentina, Alabama, sarahs coming, the healthy and lovely girl zone, breast prints, long distance friends, special nooks, the comfort of the big blue. remind people all over how I appreciate them, keep in touch with friends from this trip, balance time better, look forward, be kind, intentious, patient when writing and reading, and flossing. Pictures to take, more to read, more to write, more to smoke, more to be kind and relaxed. Less time. Moving faster. Adapting better. Still forgetting. Need to stretch more lately. Missing New York water. bagels, pizza, the gluttons of home. Had this cough way too long. Compulsive cleaning. List making. Spaghetti just attacked my roommate. I love the cheese here. With avacados and tomatoes too. So many lists. So many words. So much rambles. Cold feet. Chalky water. to dos to dos, keep moving.
