Looks like Mr. Joe Fryman, Freshman Biology major, has had his nose in too many petri dishes and the bacteria has crawled into his tiny little closed brain! Better yet, I'll bet his problem has more to do with his holier than thou Baptist upbringing that makes him scared of "gangstas!" I doubt that he has a single creative or artistic bone in his body and therefore has no way of being able to identify innovative musical artists when he sees/hears them. More simply put, the guy is just a plain ole ordinary jerk. Besides, how can we give credibility to his ranting when he doesn't even get the name of the lead singer correct when he's trying to give him a slam? Who the hell is "Tom Brooks!?" He's NOT the lead singer of Luvbeat, so shut up, Mr. Joe and go snort some more mold.
Nobody CARES what you think!

Kudos to Luvbeat for having the cajones to post this editorial on their page! Luvbeat ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a dumb-ass! Has the dude ever heard of a thing called "personal taste." I'd love to hear what the guy has to say about Red Hot Chili Peppers when they began. I must say that Luvbeat's material, in my opinion, is better than the first two records released by one of the most enduring and loved bands of all-time: The Red Hot Chili Peppers. I suppose this guy wouldn't include popularity as a sign of a group being "good." I'd love to know whom he thinks is "good".
American Idol unoriginal crooners? Butt-rockers? Barn-Music-regurgitating fools?

I wonder what this dude would say about legendary rap and hip hop like The Pharside.

Luvbeat is incredible and this young man (a "Biology Major" no less), is full of hogwash. The Mrs. and I personally are responsible for a lot of those myspace plays on your page and know great music when we hear it (you probably don't have too many septuagenarian fans, eh?). We even ordered your CD for the grandson (about two weeks back - I hope you folks get that order sent out to us soon to Westland, MI - the grandson inquires about it's arrival daily!). Anyway, Luvbeat, if an old codger like me thinks your dandy, then loads of young whipper-snappers are bound to love you too. Don't listen to that young fellow who spends his time dissecting fetal pigs. I'll bet the chloroform fumes must have got to his brain writing nonsense like that ;-) There - I've said my piece.

hahaha i wanna know who set the bar for real "rap" these days. why cant a rapper work at starbucks? you gotta pay that rent right? jeeze what a lame ass. i dont know many biology majors with good taste in music anyways. he probably listens to ICP or something. I'm a very critical lover of music, and not being signed this album is produced fantastically. Luvbeat is forever in my music collection.
suck it fryman

I Agree with...... STERLING! the only way to settle this is with an old school rap-battle a la "8 Mile.
" Anyone know if Mekhi Pfeiffer is available?
