Someone pointed out to me the other day I had a MySpace page. That's about how it went. It was a suprise to me. I'd forgotten. I doubt anyone who frequents MySpace noticed. This page gets no traffic. That's fine with me. I'd much rather have a life.

That's where I've been, if anyone cares. I've been trying to have a life. Mostly I hang out with Amy. Work. About as exciting as my life gets now is going to the movies. That's fine with me. I'm sick of the club scene. Would much rather stay at home with Amy, or go out to dinner. Sometimes I think I've grown old and boring before my time.

I've neglected a lot of my friends. Finally I understand why my old friends who got married or have sustained relationships stopped coming around. I always understood it from a theoretical sense. But now it's a deeper understanding. Given a choice between staying home with a babe or hanging out with my hairy friends, the choice seems obvious. So, to my old friends, I get it.

I've neglected some friends who should not be neglected, though. I'll have to do something about that. It's fine to live in your comfortable bubble, but you should never forget the people who have always been there for you. The people who may still need you.

I'm at a good place in my life. I'm happy. Life doesn't suck.
