Greetings! After an extended summer break (summer seems a long way behind these grey-weighted early winter days), it was good to get back on air last night and be able to go on a sonic tour of Europe, hopefully demonstrating the rich diversity of sounds being created across the continent - if you don't think this was accomplished, well - at least it was my aim.....
Where did I begin this slightly less than 60-minute mini sonic odyssey? With a slab of wonderful brooding dark metal from

Regarding Thomas Koner - as explained on the show, I was briefly under the impression, given by some article on the net which called him a native of Holland, that he was Dutch - too late, I discovered him to be born in Bochum - hopefully his representing Holland on the show won't have upset anyone - I'll try to make up for it by including some music by Dutch residents on the show before too long!
Before bringing this to a close, a note of thanks to Peter Kling/Kitty Empire, Obstacles and The Joe K Plan - help much-appreciated!
'Til next time, wish you all hours of sonic fun,
Shiny x
