What do your favorite Marvel and DC superheroes have in common with horror movie icons, Anime and Warcraft? Toy and statue sculptor Jean St. Jean.

From the DC Heroes mini bust series, Blackest Night, Ame-Comi, Marvel Select to Michael Myers and more, Jean St. Jean has produced some of your favorite action figures and statues over the last decade for the likes of Diamond Select, Mezco, NECA and DC Direct.

NonStopToys caught up with the artist extraordinaire who was kind enough to let us in on his upcoming works, his time at McFarlane and a ton of pictures. Check it out on our newly launched Entertainment section!!

..ah I always wonder the names of some of sculpter's cause the companies usually hide them pretty well(which is understandable cause they don't want people bribing em,but them they lose that name recognition, they seem to be giving more credit to the sculpter nowadays on the box itself though, which I like=)....Like how Neca makes sure the whole team is on the package design=) and I just looked at the interveiw just now and realized that was what that guy is saying....haha go figure! Is the same with production..preproduction houses in the the make-up industry.I just had a guy talk down to me in the first email back from a job inquiry on craiglist. He said quote "What part of underqualified don't u understand" I was warned beforehand from my MUA teacher's about this thinking in some facility's.Not all are bad,but alot are.I responded back with I'm worth $25 an hour not $14 although that would have been fine had he not talked down to me like a peon. Is the same with many companies, yes even Wal-Mart where I had a manager threaten to stab me in the neck with his pen if I didnt move faster, when in truth I could walk around an see other's including that mananger, sitting on their bum.I turne him in the bosses but not the big bosses or they would have fired him,and let him know it was me who saved his wife and kid's income.Always another employer out there who will treat ya better, and if not,do like Jean St. Jean and the Four Horsemen did a make your own work. Then even the good and bad companies will be wanting a slice......and then your holding the cards=)Awesome interveiw! and awesome sculpter!..
