1. How long has the AndWutz been playing shows and how did you get started being in a rock band?
~We wrote the song "I'm with the band" with the sole purpose of making a fake music video for our friends to laugh at us with. We were the least likely to ever really play instruments or sing…but much to our surprise and our friends we actually could play the tune…no one could believe it! Our friends made us play our 1st show over 2 years ago. I think we had like 4 tunes but the reaction of the crowd was that of true support for us to press on and here we are.


2. Are you surprised by the reaction and support that the AndWutz is getting?
~A little bit. The reaction is usually the same…for those that have never seen us they don't know what to think. We get on stage all dressed in the same colors and clothes and we're nervous or laughing at each other, they really don't know what they're about to hear. But, the best response we get are people that are huge music fans that say we're a fun band to watch and that it's awesome we're doing what we're doing and that we need to keep the same vibe we have now. We don't really try to take ourselves too serious all the time and we have lots of fun learning as we go and writing things we never thought we could do before. A lot of people can relate to just having a blast playing on stage with their friends and laughing hard when they screw up. We have had some incredible opportunities and got to play some amazing shows ….see being a fan for so many years does pays off. Ha-ha!


3. What other local or national bands and/or people do you like?
~We are HUGE fans of local music and you can always catch us supporting them! I think at this point we can prove that we are the #1 fan of The Morgan Knockers…best punk band around! Huge fans of anything Frank Pino sings/writes he really has one of the most amazing talents around! There are so many local bands that we are hardcore fans of that there are just too many to list. As far as national bands we are into anything from The Ramones to Pantera, The Beatles to Joan Jett to old school Hip Hop…our taste in music is really all the same and very diverse too…our cd release party proved it I think.


4. How do you feel about medical marijuana or marijuana decrim for responsible adult use?
~Hey, if it can help someone suffering get by then let it be. Let people use it for whatever reason makes them feel better!!! Aren't there prescription drugs we should be more worried about?



5. Which members of the AndWutz are single?
I'm asking for our readers, not asking for myself, I'm engaged to be married but if I wasn't!
~Hehehe…ummmm…well…I think we'll keep that one a mystery! Maybe the first to figure it out wins a date ;-) Ha-ha!

*Frank Pino- Hot, Talented, Recorded & Produced our Album, One of our biggest influences!

*Waltham, MA- Our home town, Moody St, Taylor St, Elm St, Waltham the Band, Tons of talent in this city!!

*Boston Freedom Rally- Great Music, Great Times, Great Cause

*Local Music- Not enough recognition! Way better than most of the stuff out right now…SUPPORT! SUPPORT! SUPPORT!

*Guys at Shows- Always a plus for The ANDWUTZ and our girls that come out!

*AndWutz Fans- Fans? That's awesome…They are all definitely our friends 1st! They are the best people in the world…they pump us up and inspire us everyday!

*New AndWutz Cd- We recorded everything with Frank Pino at the DogHouse in Waltham in a weekend…poor thing had to deal with a bunch of hens drinking and cackling at just about everything. We put our blood, sweat, and tears in "Project 4AM"! We're still in shock that we actually made something this cool!!! This was a huge accomplishment for us all!

*Spring Fling Cd Release Party- Was MADNESS!! It was like a night with The AndWutz, a showcase of us performing individually with local musicians that took part in our Spring Fling…we were so excited that the day had come. We had such an amazing turnout! Such killer support! Thanks Everyone!

*Playing in an all female act- The ladies know what girls night out is like and that's exactly what this is every time we gig! You'll actually see groups of girls coming to our shows cuz they know it's the right vibe (not to mention the hott guys that are there showing us luv)! Doing this with each other is one of the best things to happen to us we are like sisters, well, 3 of us literally are sisters!! Every time we mention we're an all girl band it peaks interests like 90% ha-ha!

*Mike C's Birthday Party with the Andwutz, April 27th- We are gonna give him a Birthday he won't forget! We are pumped! Can't wait!

*Best Way to be show your devotion as a groupie of the AndWutz- Come check us out and support our record, our name, and our slogans! "AndWut, Clear it Up! You can always show devotion by helping us move gear too! Ha-ha! Seriously though have a drink with us and laugh! We luv you! XOXO
