well i went to get this procedure done on my back after finding out i have a herniated (sp) disc, a buldge in something or another i cant pronounce let alone spell. bone spurs and lumbar spine degeneration in my 3rd and 5th vertabre (sp). they were shooting the nerves in my spine with something along the lines of cortazone (sp), well my body reacted badly to the procedure and my heart rate went up to 98 then dropped like a rock to 41. needless to say i heard the doctor yell out call 911, and of course i really flipped then. paramedics show up and after 45 mins they get me stabalized. after another hr of being babysat by 2 cute nurses i finally was allowed to go home. they were wanting me to do this procedure again in 2 weeks but today i cancelled the procedure as im not thinking its a good idea.
