Hey all, just wanted to share some good news. First of all, Jen Wood's new record "Finds You In Love" is out. It's only available online right now but there will be physical copies available soon. It's for sale on all the major online music stores. Please go check it out. It's a beautiful record. I hope you like it.

Last fall I recorded Kate Tucker and the Sons of Sweden doing a cover of "I'm On Fire" by the Boss. It's a really really cool version of the song. It's now available on the new Starbucks compilation called "Sweetheart", which is a Valentine's Day comp with lots of cool bands doing covers. Go buy a copy for your sweetheart and also help keep Starbucks from going bankrupt.

I recently mixed a few Explone songs and I have to say they turned out great. Great if you like loud guitars, face-melting solos, and flangers. One of the songs, "St. Yesterday" was the song of the day on KEXP last week. Way to go Explone! We're scheduled to go back into the studio soon to work on some more songs which means there will be a full length record coming out very soon. But if you can't wait that long, go over to Explone's myspace page to hear the new mixes.

I am very proud to say that the new Grand Hallway record is done. We recorded it throughout the fall and mixed it over the holidays. We mastered it with Ed Brooks at RFI earlier this month. It is amazing. I can't wait for this record to come out. Tomo wrote some truly unbelievable songs and we used every mic and instrument available to capture them. Not sure when it will be out. Soon I hope. I'll keep you all posted.

The Golden Greys new record is out now. They had their CD release show last week. I'm sure they'll be playing a lot of shows so go check them out. They are a great bunch of guys and they made a very cool record. My opposable thumb was featured throughout.

I worked with Drew Victor from NYC earlier this month. We recorded and mixed 3 songs in about 6 hours. Very cool songs and I love his voice. The songs are up on his myspace page so go have a listen.

The Widower EP that I mixed last summer is out now. Go get a copy. It rules.

Let me know what you think of all this new music. I'm certainly proud of it.

I'm out.
