Working the Jumble today, one series of letters gave me some trouble: YUPRIF.
I thought I had the answer when "putrify" occurred to me. I began to enter the letters, but found they didn't quite fit. I reviewed my options. And, when I realized no "T" was available, it dawned on me that "purify" was the correct answer.
So, what does that say about my state of mind?
