I think that pickup lines are highly retarded and a waste of time in any shape or form. I don't know what other females think, but this is just me.
One of the best and fastest way is a simple "hello, my name is (insert name & handshake here) and I think you're beautiful. (pause and smile) What's your name? Do you mind if we can get to know each other better?"
If she says no, smile say thank you for your time and GO AWAY!!!! If you hang around, you'll only make her uneasy and you become a creep!
