A couple of weeks ago we hosted a house concert for Rebecca Zapen of jacksonville, FL. It was my 2nd time hosting one and it was so much fun! We had about 20 people and 1 pug squeezed into my living room (it was too cold outside). Rebecca sang so many great songs and wowed everyone. I can't believe how good she has gotten at performing solo! I remember when I met her and she was just starting to write songs. She has a gazillion CDs now! (Well I kind of exxagerate...) Anyway, it was really nice.

can't believe i'll be back in cali again! you and chad always know the best places to eat, hang out, check out, whathaveyou.

i love you for pronouncing my name right! oy! but then i go and shorten my band's name to zapstar, and there's no way you should ever force people to say /zape-star/, so here i go confusing those who only desire to pronounce correctly.

it's a long road.
