Despite the mortal flaws of it...the catholic religion remains one of the most popular & unpopular sects of all time. I thank god for my catholic education that nourished my soul as my formal education catered to my worldly needs. Being a alter boy serving at various masses provided me with an excellent escape from the troubles i was facing @ home. I then started catechism which prepaired me to receive the body & blood of our savior Jesus Christ for the first time. In the catholic world this is when the parents no longer bare the sins of their sons and daughters. They become responsible to god and jesus solely. Excellent follow up to a baptism i say. Confirmation (occuring at around 15 years old)  further prepares and graduates us spiritualy to adulthood where we take that journey to find the lady that also has the light of god and the blessed trinity in her.  I see nobility, honor, courage and humility in this religion .
