My favorite song is heavyhearted.
it just applies to my life right now.
When i'm feeling down and heavy hearted
God finds me where i am.
He takes me into his arms again.
It's just an amazing song!
I love you guys!
Thanks for doing what God has asked of You! :)

..Track three, 'How He Loves', is the best version I've ever heard. I was honored to hear it at  Sonshine this past year, and was excited beyond belief when i heard it was going to be on the album. ....
..Track 4 is amazing. I'm not too sure what it was written about, but it speaks tons to my heart. I love the lyrics and the vocals are the best. ..
....Sustain, my favorite. Seriously, the epic scope of the song is profound. It speaks so much into the struggles that we all have. The lines "If I scream Your name again, will you reach my bloody hands? God, I'm holding onto your arms." sums up a lot of what we deal with. Doubt. And then to end it with "I've been holding on for so long", wow. Just... wow. ..

"Sustain" is definitely my favorite song.
It questions the role of God in every day happenings in the world, be it more personal or in a world view of the confusion of what God's plan is with this world we live in. But, even in that, there is a hope and a reliance on God, that His plan is bigger than our understanding of what happens here on earth. It pleads to God to be the thing that we put all of our hope and faith in. It's honest pleading to God to show Himself even through the pain. And the music accompanies the desperation of our questions so well, the ascension of the music builds up, and just unleashes near the end of the song and that really brings out the parallel to the emotions that we bottle up until we hit a breaking point when we just NEED to rely completely on God.

And the lyrics,
"Why do You let evil have it's way?/When will you give answers for the pain?/Is there a place where hope can still sustain?"
"So, please come take the burdens that have held me down so long/ If I scream Your name again/ Will You reach my bloody hands?/God, I'm holding on to you/So you can make me new."

It just completely encompasses the internal dichotomy of pain and faith, and helps bring clarity to the quest to understand faith and pain, and how the two ideas intertwine.

It's such a beautiful song.

I love Awakening because it's beautiful. But overall I'd say Falling into You.

I like falling into you not just for the melody, but more for the lyrics. The themes of sin and forgiveness are brought up in such a Biblical way and I appreciate that. The fact that God still calls us a friend or child while we still sin is huge. When we fall, God uses it to draw us to himself. When we "fall into him" we experience true repentance. Confessing sin before God is one of the most painful feelings and also one of the best. Falling down at the cross reminds us of the forgiveness that we have and it gives us the ability to say, "I suck, but God is still with me, so let's go and live a fruitful life." There's no reason lay in the shame of our sin, when we're forgiven. Confess, learn, turn the other way and live righteously. That's what the song says to me, thanks a lot for those lyrics. They really speak to me.

At this time i'm totally digging Falling Into You. Lyrically it is sobering, "You call me as your friend, as I drive these nails again"....To visualize that and know that God still loves me is hard to fathom at times.

Falling Into You, because the lyrics are just amazing and  powerful, "you call me as your friend, as I drive these nails again".......wow!! Each day when I hear that it just reminds me of how much God truly loves me. However, Sweet Sweet Sound brings me to my knees at the very beginning. That is another one of my fav's.

The Title Track and "Sweet Sweet Sound". Both incredibly epic and I love how celebratory the title track is, really refreshing.  Although I have to say, I love the use of horns at the cd release. Would have loved to of heard that on the album.
