I think there's an opportunity for a New Deal-style intervention, but I think that Obama would be the one to take it.

The only comfort is, looking at the 2004 results, he only got .38% of the national vote, and looking state by state, Nader voters didn't change the outcome of anything that year. Hopefully he'll be even more of a non-entity this time around.


Still, his continued attempts are odd and disconcerting, to say the least....
