Hi Everybody,

      To my friends that are reading, it'd been a while since I last blogged (I'm not a big technology guy- sorry! Playing saxophone is more tangible than the whole internet promotion).  I just figured that I should let people know that I'm doing a tour in Singapore for two weeks at the beginning of july.  I'm excited, because although new york is great and motivational and such, some times you've to get out- when you come back, you can appreciate what you're immersed in.
      So, Ian Rapien in Singapore, with featuring Wei Tan on Keys (top dog in Singapore, and one of my best friends!)  If you haven't heard of this club, it's called Jazz@southbridge.  Great club, with a great band.  If you have any friends in singapore at the moment, or you happen to be finding yourself in the county, please feel free to stop by July 2nd, 3rd, and 4th.
     I'm assuming I won't see most of you at this gig, but please send me a message just to friendly chat on myspace- it might help me to deal with myspace a bit more!
