Current mood:  selective
I have been hesitant to update my profile because the myspace alert is so embarrassing. I just want to change my "Favorite T.V. Shows". At the time I thought I really liked Throw Down with Bobby Flay but really I only watched like 2 episodes and then decided that its boring, and kinda mean. I watch Family Guy almost daily so I wanted an honest representation of my t.v. viewing. I actually havent watched The Golden Girls for years but I still love them.

I wish I could be cool enough to be one of those people who's like, I don't watch t.v. Or better yet be like I don't even own a t.v. but I'm not. At least its not as bad as when I was a kid and I would sit and watch shows I didn't even like AT ALL like Newhart and some weird restaurant comedy that was on after WKRP that I was to young to understand and don't remember the name of.

I do believe the Government is using television for population control simply by the fact that MASH has always been on late at night for my entire life. I can't think of a more depressing show during insomnia, and the theme song..."Suicide is Painless" come on.

Om, so anyway when myspace alerts everyone on my friends list "Tibbie has updated her profile" its about Family Guy.

edit:-I havent watched family guy since like 2 weeks after this post over a year ago.

THATs it right there. I always assumed it was in a high building also, plus its like Larry(3's co) plays the piano? Why does every show have a pervert?
I used to also watch Barny Miller like after school when I was 7. I had NO CLUE wtf was going on.
Where are my kudos.

I love M*A*S*H but for real it's not for when you are scraping the basement of depression. Especially towards the end when Alan Alda directed and everything was a depessing futility of war thing. BTW, I met Bobby Flay and he is an asshole. I still like 'CHiPs' and 'Emergency!' and 'SWAT' but will find myself watching 'Saved by the bell - The College Years" at 4 in the AM and get a severe feeling of dorkiness. -CVL

I just recently watched Simon and Simon which was to grown up for me as a kid. It was a really silly "blind lady" episode but very entertaining.
There is one Mash where Alda and Hot Lips end up stuck out alone somehere in a shack that I remember being a particulary depessing episode.
Little House on the Prarie also got insanely depressing and I used to always watch that right afterschool
