I don't usually blog, but I felt the need to express how I'm feeling at this point. Right now I'm in one of my favorite countries, (Japan) on tour.  I'm Grateful for every opportunity I get to come here. I love the culture, the food, the fashion, and mostly how receptive and respectful the Japanese people are to musicians. I'm having a great time. However as the holiday season approaches, I find myself getting a little homesick, As this is my 8th Thanksgiving and Christmas being overseas in a row. Which means I have not been home for the holidays since I've been an adult. Even though I'm away, and a tad homesick, I recognize how blessed I am to have a family, none the less a supportive family. So many people go through hell around the holidays even with their family present, and some go through because they have no family. which is why I encourage everyone to recognize their wealth:

Family, Friends, A Home, Food, Sanity, Sight, A Beating Heart, ETC..All the things we so easily take for granted. we tend to Magnify the things we don't have. but ignore things we do have. Theres someone on this earth that would trade places with you in a split second.
