Why did the folks at Microsoft take a solid, reasonably user-friendly program in Microsoft Word (97-2003) and decide to make it completely different?  Nothing is where it used to be in Word 2007, and to me, the program seems infinitely worse than before.  It's taken me countless extra time using it just to do simple things that used to take five minutes.  In fact, each usage makes me want to scream.  Somebody over there needs to be smacked, and once I figure out how to insert a simple column break, or at least to find the help section again, I will be more than happy to do it.  One has to wonder if Bill Gates left because Word 2007 broke his heart...
