Well, things are going well. I am in the last week of school before winter break. I am getting ready for my trip to Jamaica. I can't wait to spend twelve days with my husband. I have a lot of writing to do while I am on vacation since I am behind. Hopefully, I will be able to get quite a bit done. I plan to write for an hour every day!!!!

I don't have much to say so I will run.

Well Merry Merry...whatever wintery holiday you celebrate!  I am about to start Anasazi Boys myself.  I read American Gods and was intrigued by Gaiman, try his children's book called The Wolves in the Walls...I think that's the name?  Anyway very cool, surreal and witty :)   Enjoy your tropical vacation.

And a very merry whatever to you as well! We actually celebrate winter solstice (which is Friday)!!! I am enjoying Anansi Boys, however, I am reading it with a middle school teacher's eye and finding that it is not appropriate. I think it would be fine for high school but it is too mature for middle school. I just picked up two books for my topical vacation, New Moon by Stephanie Meyer and Nature Girl by Carl haaisen. New Moon is a sequel to Twilight. My son turned me onto Twilight and I am completely hooked!
