Check out the new layout- how do you like it! The background image is Dorian Cleavenger... sexy sexy!
I've decided that I'm going to be a millionaire. Okay- maybe not a MILLIONAIRE- but I'm definitely going to bring in some extra cash. I've been toying with some investments lately, and working on some pretty big projects. I'm utilizing my knowledge of eBay (6 months customer service has to teach you SOMETHING about trading!) to do some selling, and I'm waiting on some inventory to arrive. Plus I'm doing some online data entry online in exchange for big bucks.
Steve sorta thinks I'm being silly and over-optimistic. And it's not like we're living in poverty, so he doesn't understand my motivation. But hey, I need a project... plus, I believe in setting goals and working towards them.
I had this realization the other day. It suddenly occurred to me that EVERY thing I've ever wanted in my life- I'm talking about really, really wanted and worked hard towards- I've gotten. One way or another, I've gotten my way. I'm tenacious that way. So I figure, how is this any different? If I set my mind on something, I'm going to get it.
I'm not going to aim too high- sets yourself up for failure. I like to set step-by-step goals. You have to figure out the steps you need to take in order to reach those goals- then each step becomes a mini-goal. Right now, my four main goals are:
-Get Steve's driver's license (and a car for him to drive)
-Save for a trip to Mexico
-Buy Steve a Harley
-Fix up this house
I'm not working (yet) towards a mansion and a pool... just smaller goals. The Harley doesn't have to be new. I'm just tired of settling for what comes my way- I have to fight to get what I want. So? Well, let's go. Bring it on.
