WHAT:
Dance Party Revival is a monthly 30 minute public cable access television show. We aim to promote independent and diverse music from around the Bay Area and beyond. 4 - 5 videos will be played on a 8' x 20' screen in the studio. 1 live act will entertain with 2 songs. Dancers will boogie down to all the great music, ranging from electronica, hip hop, rock and everything in between! Admission is always FREE


WHO:

Fun, stylish, weird, excitement, high energy, dance routines, cheer-leading squads, dance troops, ballroom dancers, fresh funky fashion, costumes, gorilla costume, prom, night out on the town, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, vogue, pose, robot, buffalo gals buffalo do the buffalo stance, roller boogie, anything goes!
Come with your best face and foot forward! Have a special routine? Let me know for "spotlight" on your activity! Have a friend/group that is PREFECT for a taping? Let them know, let me know, we'll work it out! Tell a buddy, bring a friend! Let's get loud, let's turn it out & have some F-U-N!

*IMPORTANT* We will be shooting with a green screen. It is commonly used for weather forecast broadcasts, wherein the presenter appears to be standing in front of a large map, but in the studio it is actually a large green background. In post production we will drop in background video. If you wear green clothes, your clothes will become replaced with the background video. Please keep this in mind as you are sorting out your outfit! See example picture.

WHY:
To have some boogie down good times & promote great music & videos while doing it! The Bay Area has so much exciting talent to offer and fun folks that enjoy a good time, why not share it across the globe?

Please note, this will broadcast on Access SF Cable Channel 29, and stream on Access SF1 atwww.accesf.org, and www.dancepartyrevival.com. Clips of the show will post on You Tube as well. If you are not interested in having your image appear on television or the Internet, this is not the event for you.. We do however have accommodations for guests that do not wish to be taped, but we will ask for your vocal support with cheers, clapping & high energy from the peanut gallery.
