I'm going back to the Hollywood Bowl in a few weeks and playing some guitar and singing some harmonies with one of my favorite bands, Cheap Trick. This Sgt. Pepper with orchestra show was first done in August of 2007 and was a grand success (and great fun if I might add!). They've also got a long tour through the rest of the summer with Heart and Journey (go see them!). While most of my time is spent in Nashville doing all the stuff I do here, I love getting to play with these guys. If you think there aren't any classic rock bands left standing, think again!

I love me some Cheap Trick! So does Kim. We had the chance to go to the Gibson Guitar factory opening a couple of years ago and they played. There was about 200 folks there and I could practically touch Mr. Zander. Very cool. Sorry we missed the Band on the Run show, I heard it was great. Looking forward to the next one. Have fun at the Hollywood Bowl.
