It's been a while if there ever was one since I wrote a blog. I'd rather vlog but Santa didn't bring me a camera for Christmas.
So a lot but nothing near it has been going on everywhere lately, the writer's strike for instance; way OTT. I mean, writing is a subject of passion, not money. If a writer doesn't write because (s)he loves to, then they don't deserve to have that opportunity at all. Let the good people have a go for once.

If you're a fan of the popular TV hit Heroes then you'll already know about the upcoming 6-episode spin-off series called Heroes: Origins - But did you know it is official Kevin Smith, I'll repeat myself, Kevin Smith is writing/directing the first episode?! How awesomely amazingly awesome is that?! The Smithster himself announced at Comic Con '07 he will be focusing on the relationship between "the gay guys" Ando Masahashi and Hiro Nakamura. Seriously cannot wait to see this!

In other randomly interesting news, you guys remember Dennis The Menace ("Oh Mister Willllllson!")? Well little did anybody know there was a new movie released recently; A Dennis The Menace Christmas. It's basically A Christmas Carol modernized with totally different characters, but all in all a good watch. Don't see it if you're not into DTM though, because you really have to learn to love the older movies first, it lacks in originality otherwise, especially for all you narrow-minded folk out there.

Lets see, what else... before Christmas I had this petty argument over the stupidest things and in turn whatever I had left of that friendship was wrecked. That sucked.
I still haven't finished reading On The Road. Started it probably a year or so ago, maybe less, maybe more. It's a very sketchy read though, so who could blame me?
Another book it's taking me months to read is 30 Days of Night: Immortal Remains, after seeing the movie I got so hooked and started raiding Waterstones for all they had to do with it. But the novelty seemed to wear off gradually, maybe because I usually read on the bus, and I haven't been on one of those since college broke up.

On that note I have a gut feeling I've failed education once again. What can I say? I hate the system. And wasn't coursework supposed to be dropped? It should be cuz I haven't done one piece since I started, well except for the short story in English Lit, that was apparently "too complicated" and "not in the least understandable" - Well, Miss-bloody-whatever-your-name-is, a little info for you: IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE! God, nobody watched Donnie Darko and said it wasn't gonna be accepted by the Boards because "it didn't make sense"!
Or actually, did they?
Who cares anyway, it made perfect sense to me. A story of a boy who saves the world, never condoning subliminal messages about society/the machine or sarcasm that wasn't even intended to be. Richard Kelly is a talented guy, an inspiration for youth today.

I have to start getting up before 2pm, or else I will lose all strings to this world.
Cannot wait to move.
