so eager to capture the moon, you did not realize that even lunar rays shine light in the darkest hour.
***
she knows your story- your guilt, your wallowing, your blame. she walks along your fallen sky, noticing the misaligned pieces. a half-built home. pleasure over preparation. slightly white lies.
in spite of this, she believes everyone can be shiny. experience has taught her this. so she stretches and widens in honor of her belief in you, exemplary.
she waits patiently, noticing inconsistent flickers. she advises, unsure if you are listening. more time passes, but your sky does not evolve. a half-built home becomes tired walls. unpreparedness; suffering. lies into self-deception & disloyalty. this, outside of your expense, she dims. thus, distances.
(we are each responsible for preserving our own Light.)out of desperation, you grasp for her instead of for your Self, not knowing that reaction overshadows you both. she wrestles for
open sky- she can't help it. she naturally craves transformation- a phoenix celestially suspended. finally, after months of weeks of waiting for change, luminescence! she decides, "this is no place to rest." So she shines! lunar, solar, mirror, all upon her, she shines.
in shining she learns:
three years
without movement
can be stifling for a lightbeam.
