The votes are counted, the winners have been determined. It was incredibly close in almost all the categories except two, which were complete landslides. We set some records this year.

The final Heavy Frequency Awards ceremony is TOMORROW, Sunday, February 17, 2008 at 3 p.m. at the Overland Park Convention Center. The event is in Courtyard Level Room 1.

The Big Dumb Fun Show DJs will emcee the event, and Seeking Surreal, At the Left Hand of God and Iron Guts Kelly will perform live three songs each for your musical entertainment.

You can get your tickets for $10 at the Heavy Frequency online store and we will hold them in will call for you, or you can purchase them at the door. Child tickets are $5 on the day of the event only.

There is a free after-party with free pizza and a cash bar at Jerry's Bait Shop from 6 to 8 p.m. featuring DJ Stevie Cruz, formerly of the Esoteric, who will spin some rock and metal tunage for our listening pleasure.
