Here's something I found in the old archives.
An interesting basically acoustic guitar outfit this one, consisting of Thomas Cacho & Todd R Janko, who, along with some guests, create a very sophisticated instrumental release, the follow up to their self titled release of last year, which they also sent for review at the time of that album's release.
A progression & improvement in songwriting & performance is noticeable from the first few notes of the album & this again contains a story of sorts, the opener "Belfast" sporting a number of sound effects which unfortunately relate all too well to the city of the same name.
My favourite few tracks are that opener, a song called "Johann's Melody" & "The Void (Part II)", which both ring of an excellent sound reminding me somewhat of the music f Ireland's Enya, which is no bad thing. Also of note is the contrasting retake on the opening number, which is remixed as the closing track. If you took the time to check out the band's first album, then you'll be most interested in this latest release. If you didn't, this is more than an adequate place to start.
