Current mood:fuck writing papers
Category: Life
so im taking a little break from my final paper of this year of college. its taking forever because i have developed this new procrastinating attitude. i mean who the fuck wouldnt want to be writing about the sexual language of homoerotica in othello and the winter's tale? beats me....reallly....hey look a beer!

heres whats up with us lately:

weve been playing shows and we got tons more coming. our cd sales are going quiet well. speaking of cds...we fucked up on the pressing of these big time. i dont know what we were thinking but in the process of toning down the volume of some songs ended up making our cd not function in most stereos. it works great on computers and you get uncomprimised sound quality but you cant jam to it in your car unless you put it on a portable device. were in the process of fixing it right now; ross and loren made somebeautiful spraypainted cdrs that you can listen to any where! so now there is no reason you dont want to buy our record! you can get it from our main page or at our upcoming shows!!!! shows? yes these shows....

friday may 15th - the hot topic in the mall - no we arent kidding. for some really fucked up reason hot topic might be saving its self from the hatered of people like myself. yeah they still sell tons of stupid shit and whore out things but being in montana you lack good record stores. yes, theres ear candy in missoula and thats it but anywhere else in this state you are kind of fucked when you are trying to find good punk/ pop punk. well the hot topic in bozeman has been carrying some sweet stuf : the ergs!, off with their heads, lifetime, hot water music, alkaline trio, paint it black, andrew jackson jihad, etc. i mean i still dont think hot topic is "cool" or "kick ass" but its now giving kids the oppertunity to get their hands on those records and im all fucking for it. if a kid bought an off with their heads album over a my chemical romance album and they started looking into more no idea bands then that is awesome. sorry i went on a rant but i guess im just trying to justify the fact that were selling out isnt a bad idea. anyway...

tuesday may 19th at the filling station - the dopamines and brickfight - this show is going to be fucking great. i saw brickfight in chicago and they were awesome. the dopamines are really, good too. im really excited for this. also my new band, smokestacks, is making our debute! go to myspace.com/smkstcks and add that shit.

wednesday may 27th at the filling station - all left out - this band is like new zealands green day. i played with these guys three years ago and this is some fun pop punk. plus the guys are really chill dudes (did i just type that?) and put on a great live show. this one will be fun!

tuesday june second - rumspringer - rumspringer is a band that has members from streetside prophet. when i first heard streetside i became uber jelous because the memebers in this band were in high school and were writing better songs than i do now. that trend doesnt subside in this band...so fucking good. noise noise noise is also rumored to be showing up maybe...which will be an orgasm.

so yeah thats what we have for the next month. were going to have t-shirts, buttons, stickers, cds and all sorts of sweet deals. come have fun with us and grab a beer or two.

before i forget, you can get "city of bozeman" at ear candy in missoula now. hopefully youll be able to pick it up from cactus records in bozeman soon. i dont know whats going on but i guess its complicated  to put records out on a shelf when you gave it to them two weeks ago.

anway, see you there and get ready for the summer of george!
