As I'm writing this note, strings are being recorded for my third full-length album, "Sun's Gonna Rise."  Under the direction of the great violinist, David Davidson (Garth Brooks, Jason Mraz) and the incredible composition of THE Ben Shive, The Love Sponge is putting finishing touches on parts for 6 of the 11 songs on the album.  

I received a text message from Ben last night describing his feelings toward the arrangements..."I'm really happy with these arrangements.  Someday Ben Affleck will kiss somebody gorgeous, yet dubiously intelligent to the tune of "Something To Believe In" and millions will get goose bumps and hug their crying girlfriends."  Only time will tell, Ben.
