Just a note to say what an honor it is to be the first woman to receive the Temple University Jazz Master Hall of Fame Award from the Boyer College of Music and Dance at Temple University! Past recipients include Jimmy Heath, Clark Terry, Joe Wilder and Jon Faddis.
To be their 2009 winner just knocked me out!
The ceremony will be on Dec 1 at Temple University in Philly.
More soon...

Love,
Karrin

Dear Karrin!

I just think that you really deserve it, because your singing is exceedingly beautiful and outstanding. It impressed me already by the first listening and still does with every further.

Much love and congratulations
Petra
