WHAT WE’VE BEEN UP TO LATELY…
We’re happy to have made it through to celebrate this year’s falling back period of daylight savings. Nothing like feeling like you have an extra hour to sleep in the mornings. Saying that we are on the home stretch of the album production. Artwork is being finalized, the recording process is so close to being finished—only a few small touch ups left—and soon we’ll be sending it off to be pressed. We really got a lot done this last month. Lots of driving for shows & heading back to finish up the studio work. Looking forward to seein’ y’all again soon.

STREET TEAM INFO:
One of the easiest & best ways to be a part of the street team is to forward along e-mails & bulletins that we send to you to all your friends. In our experience talking to new folks in new cities at our shows, many people hear about us via the internet on online discussion boards. If you are online throw in a good word about a show or send em’ to the website or myspace site to check out some free music.

Our livelihood as a band depends on people learning about the Packway Handle Band & coming out to see live shows to support the cause!
We appreciate y’all’s interest in helping out with promoting shows [posting posters, & spreading the word about shows to your friends out of town]…Especially for the shows outside of Athens, GA. If you would like to help out further with publicity for any shows please send an e-mail to
josh@packwayhandle.com. Title your e-mail “Posters Street Team + __________”. [the ________ is where you fill in the city/state where you’re located]. If we select you for your help of putting up 25+ posters around town in the places that you believe would draw some attention, we’ll add you to the guest list for the show that evening. CD/Record stores, coffee houses, stores or other places with community bulletin boards are some great places to start.
