at least three separate, totally unrelated (ie, they don't know one another), people (and one to whom i only just spoke for the first time in some years, randomly) have gone to the trouble (without the program coming up) of telling me that i come to mind when they watch "dexter". at first, i was, like, "well, it's supposed to be a good show... the premise is cool... the actor's attractive...", but, last night, i finally watched the pilot, and, now, i'm a little troubled (no pun intended). i wish i had asked exactly which aspects of the character (his charm? the vacuum it disguises? the fact that he's a good serial killer? it only gets worse, from there...), specifically, seem to say "matthew". hopin' it's the good looks, but please feel free to enlighten me, should you have a guess or opinion.
