That's what they're doing TODAY. Here we are, 70 days until Christmas.

A lot of you have either gotten SOME of your holiday shopping done, or are contemplating getting some of it done. The reason I point this out, is that some stores--in addition to the Halloween merchandise that is currently out (It IS October, and October is usually just about Halloween)--is that the Christmas merchandise is also out, giving some people a chance to get the gift lists done.

HSN, like QVC, is in the business of home shopping--though HSN came first. They think, "Oh, there are some holiday shoppers that worry about the big crowds come Black Friday, so we want them to be injury-free by shopping from their own home." And they're right, you can shop from the comfort of your own home--no worries about physically fighting for that big HDTV you want or the Tickle-Me-Elmo doll that's been the rave for over a decade.

So, if you plan on doing any of your holiday shopping now, TODAY is the day and HSN is the place to do it. (Check listings for time and channel, or log onto http://www.hsn.com)
