I've sure missed my Myspace family!  I've been busy, busy trying to stay afloat as a full-time artist, in this difficult economic time.  But if i wait until i have time to post something it will be months before i blog.  So i decided a quickie was better than nothing ;).

First off . . . I wanted to invite you to flutter over to Twitter:

Second, i will be finishing my Striped Emotions series by months end and finally get it posted!

I am currently working on Cafepress and Zazzle art products and then my website needs a major overhaul.  After that i need to get my next book finished as i am striving to get it published by September.  And then, i should finally have some time to get back into the studio and start creating new stuff!

On the creative horizon are also plans to take my art to You Tube by uploading interviews, poetry readings, multi-media creations and snippets of my quirky life.

I miss creating but i also want to make sure the rent gets paid! LOL

Nice to hear from you after so long, Camper. I don't know if I want to join Facebook or Twitter, but you present a strong argument for it. I'll think about it.

One thing to ask about the products. The Sigg items are flash drives, right?

It is a pleasure to get this update (I have also been a stranger to myspace for most of the year--It has been the year of CHAOS).
Your shirts are striking... your images look strong and inviting. The tot-bags and drinking containers (are they stainless steal?) look great as well... plus they are practical for everyday living. I hope you sell enough to finance your dreams and give you more time to create.
You Tub is a great idea and I believe your special talents can really shine there.
I have yet to venture into the Twitter world, let me know how you like it.

It is so great to hear from you!!!!  Yes, i have branched out into more practical and functional type art products.  I am sorry you have had so much CHAOS as of late but also know you handle the unexpected and stress very well.  And i am sure your art followers have missed your strong presence on MySpace.  I am excited about venturing into virtual tv land and wish i had the time and means to do those kind of projects right now.  But i do have a plan and i am slowly progressing through it :).  Thank you for your comments and your support!

Jaeda,
I just ordered your The Red Stare - Sigg Water Bottle 1.0L. In a week your so, you will be present on all of my walks. I have been walking a lot and have lost about 35 pounds.
You are correct about me handling the stress--that is the easy part (which surprises the tenants here {long and e evolving story}). The frustrating thing is the lack of time I have to pursue what I want.
Its only been the last few weeks that I have gotten some of that time back. Today I painted for 9+ hours and finished a painting I have been working on for 6 to 8 weeks. I will post it tomorrow.

I am happy to read that you are walking daily and have lost weight.  Looks like i will not just be accompanying you on  your walks, but will be staring at you as well . . . because of the design you picked. LOL  However, it saddens me to read that you don't have the time you need to pursue what you want.  But painting for 9+ hours and finishing a painting you have been working on for 6 to 8 weeks is a good start!
