"This was my favorite event so far," said DC Livers, managing editor for the Historical Black Press Foundation. "David Parks' return to Harlem, Ofield Dukes first visit to Harlem, the tailgating party at the Black College Football game at Giants Stadium, and the African American Day Parade made the weekend awesome. Congratulations to all of this year's winners," Livers said.
