Seems easy enough to order flowers online and have them delivered... NOT so with 1-800-Flowers.com!

Worst Customer Service EVER!  Not only were the flowers NOT delivered... but just try to get thru to Customer Service to get credit....you will either get a busy signal or a recording that the call can not be completed and disconnected.

When I did get thru last night at 10pm I was told that I couldn't be issued credit because their system was down and to please call back in the morning. 

Well I've been attempting to reach them for a few hours now and every time I get transferred to a busy signal ... or if I'm lucky enough to get put on hold for the next available gift advisor, I get 30 seconds of hold music and then a recording directing me to the web site and then disconnected.  WTF!!!!

1-800-Flowers.com has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

Do yourself a favor and visit a local florist...don't waste time or money on this company which doesn't care about their customer service!

I totally agree with you. (Found your page through a friend n your myspace)

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my girl, this was our first Valentines day. Well I had used them before and everything went great, but not the 2nd time.

I paid to guarantee service on Valentines Day. Guess what, no flowers.

My girl was sad and I felt like an idiot. Took 2 days to get through to them. Guess what, they would NOT give me a refund.

I told them go ahead and deliver now, I was so ticked.

I want to the bank and issued a charge back. I printed a copy that I ordered guaranteed delivery on Valentines day and they issued the chargeback for me. Reason, didn't get the service I paid for, but my girl got her flowers a week later.

I will NEVER use them again.
