Seems easy enough to order flowers online and have them delivered... NOT so with 1-800-Flowers.com!
Worst Customer Service EVER! Not only were the flowers NOT delivered... but just try to get thru to Customer Service to get credit....you will either get a busy signal or a recording that the call can not be completed and disconnected.
When I did get thru last night at 10pm I was told that I couldn't be issued credit because their system was down and to please call back in the morning.
Well I've been attempting to reach them for a few hours now and every time I get transferred to a busy signal ... or if I'm lucky enough to get put on hold for the next available gift advisor, I get 30 seconds of hold music and then a recording directing me to the web site and then disconnected. WTF!!!!
1-800-Flowers.com has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!
Do yourself a favor and visit a local florist...don't waste time or money on this company which doesn't care about their customer service!
