The band was born in 2004, after the end of the Gestalt and launched this first demon in April of 2006. Unhappyly, the material account with only two musics, because the sound of the faces is annihilating (in all the directions).
The Hammurabi invests in a style alternating between the Thrash and the Death with absolute ability and domain of the instruments. However in contrast of the smashing majority of the bands, the faces bring a complex sound, with well varied lines of guitar and slopes and the vocal gutural of Daniel Lucas follows the style of Alex Camargo of the Krisiun.
A band also is not partisan of the old principle of the Death that the more fast, better and some tickets appear cadenciadas, but without losing nothing of the weight.
To complete the professionalism, the material is with very good a sonorous quality. But the sound of the battery appears sultry at some moments, nothing to be worried but one it has touched for the future writings.
The fans of the extreme Metal wait anxious for more material of the Hammurabi and congratulations the band for keeping with ability the school of the heavy metal of Minas Gerais.

Muitas vezes nos surpreendemos com a qualidade do material que chega em nossas mãos, mesmo que seja uma simples demo. Se muitas bandas brasileiras, ainda precisam ralar bastante no underground para ganhar experiência e destaque na cena, outras já entram com os dois pés na porta como é o caso dos mineiros do Hammurabi.

A banda nasceu em 2004, após o fim do Gestalt e lançou esta primeira demo em Abril de 2006. Infelizmente, o material conta com apenas duas músicas, porque o som dos caras é destruidor (em todos os sentidos).
O Hammurabi investe em um estilo alternando entre o Thrash e o Death com absoluta competência e domínio dos instrumentos. Porém ao contrário da esmagadora maioria das bandas, os caras trazem um som complexo, com linhas de guitarra bem variadas e quebradas e o vocal gutural de Daniel Lucas segue bem o estilão de Alex Camargo do Krisiun.
A banda também não é partidária da velha máxima do Death que quanto mais rápido, melhor e algumas passagens aparecem cadenciadas, mas sem perder nada do peso.
Para completar o profissionalismo, o material está com uma qualidade sonora muito boa. Apenas o som da bateria aparece abafado em alguns momentos, nada para se preocupar mas um toque para as futuras gravações.
Os fãs do Metal extremo aguardam ansiosos por mais material do Hammurabi e parabéns a banda por manter com competência a escola do som pesado de Minas Gerais.
