I am supremely proud of all that has been accomplished as a production company, and also as a venue host at The Vineyard. We have made many friends from bands, both local and touring. We also have gotten to know some fans who became regular faces at our shows. And we have established a fanstastic reputation of truly supporting the music scene.
As with any good and growing thing, change becomes inevitable. The Vineyard has proven to be a great place to conduct this experiment of doing music differently, and we are extremely grateful to the leadership and community for letting us try out this experiment in their house. Since this idea is growing, it has become too big for The Vineyard to accommodate. Also, there are new ministries that have taken root over the last couple months that require more of the building's resources.
In order to not overstay our welcome, Saturday, August 1 will be the last official booked show at The Vineyard. Some live shows will still take place, such as DIT Fest, which tend to directly benefit the ministries supported by The Vineyard. These ministries include ARM, Feed a Friend, and the new Barbie Rose Foundation.
The leadership of DirtyFeet Productions will now dedicate themselves to pursuing a dedicated space for music, and our goal is to minimize the gap between Aug 1 and the next show we are able to put together.
Thanks to EVERYONE who supported us, and will continue to support us, as we tenaciously pursue the mission of serving the music scene of Northeast Ohio!
