Stevie Nicks is a total sweetheart! Tom Petty is just kick ass! I met him at an event at the Museum of Radio and TV in L.A. a few years ago. I also got to meet J.J. Jackson and 95.5 FM KLOS' JIM LADD (the Lonesome L.A. Cowboy) among the others there about the free forum radio of the past and future....One of the best nights out ever!

Wow. Tom Petty is my favortie ever, but its kinda bullshit that he's re-releasing something that came out not even a year ago. What about all of us that bought it the first time, cause we're real fans, and we don't get the bonus features? I don't want to have to shell out another $35.95 or whatever to get three bonus performances.

This movie is amazing! It shows why Tom sticks out from most songwriters. He didn't have to be over the top with his rebellion, like Punk Rock did. It wasn't this childish display of exagerrated angst. He was a man about it. He stayed true to himself, to his fans and wrote some of the most timeless music in American rock history. He's my hero!

My band is paying tribute to you tomorrow night Tom. We're dressing up like the Heartbreakers and playing a an entire set of your music. Screw the pretension and irony of indie rock. Petty is where it's at.

I was so lucky to be in Hollywood Theater on NOvember 2007 when the movie was introduced!
And I was so lucky to talk to Steve Ferrone who was sat three or four line behind me!

Then.... I met Peter Bogdanovich, the Director and FINALLY but true!!!! O was the lucky one whose ticket was picked up and so I won the book of the movie!

Never won something in my life! That was a blast for me! I was there with Greg!
One of the best day of my life!
om, you lighted up my life with your music!
Never give up!!!
