Saturday there was the Lemon Tree gig with the mighty Union Avenue.
Now Union Avenue have a track record of selling the place out so we thought Saturday would be no problem. Unfortunately for a gig to sell out the crowd actually need to know the band is playing. The Lemon Tree promotional arm needs looked at I think.
Still for a smaller than usual crowd it went great and Nelly did a fantastic job with the sound. It's the first time I've met him and he can come and do us any time he likes.
Managed to flog quite a few CDs and t-shirts too. Never ceases to amaze me how generous drunk people can be.
Thanks to all who came and we hope you come again - if you come three times she'll give you a medal...
