Had a day off work today. After drinking coffee all morning I decided to do a little work on my 1969 Volkswagen Bug. Well, it's not really mine, my father gave it to me because he was tired of having it in his crowded garage (not crowded due to cars, more so just their parts) over in Putnam County. Thing runs like a champ for being so old.  Busted my knuckles pretty good a couple of times. Good way to kill an afternoon though.

So, we have new album coming out in June named Steel Hearts on Sophomore Lounge Records (you can get it for FREE right now at theonlysons.net till then) and it comes just 7 months since our debut record Young Lungs. In my mind the 21 songs from those two records are really meant to be the same album. It just feels right that way.  If you grab Steel Hearts and enjoy it, I strongly encourage you to get Young Lungs, which I'm sure can be downloaded somewhere on the interweb for free. I'd put it on our site, but we just don't got the space. Most of those two records were written when I graduated from MTSU and couldn't get a decent job - I guess some of the material reflects that.
