Even though we came out of retirement back in October of 2008, a lot of people still don't know that we're a real, live band again. If you know somebody who has an even casual interest in ska, please help spread the word.

The two shows we have lined up in February are deserving of a mention:

February 1st at The Meridian will be great for many reasons... it's not often that Houston gets to host a band like The Slackers, but the rest of the day's line up is stellar on it's own! The Suspects, Middlefinger, & Los Skanales all on the same bill... IN 2009!?!??! It's like you stepped into a time machine and punched up 1998!

February 20th at The Continental Club is a show to see if you're looking for some new ska talent... our opening act, Channel One, is easily one of the best ska bands in the state. They blew us away when we saw them at Fitzgerald's last year, and they deserve your attention (and your best dance moves).
