ever since i got back from my eric hutchinson show, i've been feeling inspired. like finally something in my life is going right, i'm getting out of this rut i've been in since i graduated high school.

so as far as reviews go: anya marina opened, sang some songs, and was awesome.  next, came eric hutchinson! he sang some songs, he opened with you got you. probably one of my favorites, and i can't remember the whold set list, but it was the entire sounds like this but in a different order, 2 new songs (gonna get by, and sad songs), a heartless cover, and one of my all-time favorites he does the temptations my girl with r. kelly's ignition in the middle.  he made us clap all the way through back to where i was, and during oh! he and an oh! off. great crowd energy, him and the band was great.

fast forward to the end where me and mom end up going upstairs, where he said he'd stop by, and we end up in the middle of the crowd of girls pushing for a picture. i wanted, to hang back toward the end, but was too damn excited. i was in the middle, got to meet him! when i got up to meet hime he said nice shirt! (i was wearing my green pretty good shirt) i got him sign my ticket stub, got a picture when i asked for one, i told him it was my first concert and aked, and he said, "of course, we have to celebrate." and couldn't look at him in the face the whole time. then as we're leaving, he noticed my mom's shirt that i let her wear, an old one of his, that had the music note being handed to another hand, and said it was an old school shirt. and my mom said it was mine, and he spun around to look and i told him i'd been a fan since 07, which is a lie since it was 06 i noticed the date on my ...before i sold out files, and my mom told him that i'd really been following him.

 so we leave, and the next thing i know, i feel like a tween who had just gotten to meet the jonas brothers.  i even cried when i uploaded my picture to my computer, and even more when danielle told me he'd remember me because of my old school shirt.

now when is he coming back to southern california?!  i want more!! i'm kinda regretting not going to santa barbara, and his show at the el rey.  i really hope he's taking care of himself though. really.

so, next, i have jason mraz in colorado at red rocks in september. i really want to see jason mraz, because if it wasn't for him, i never would have discovered eric, and found a family (rkop) that totally understands me. 

i came back from my show head full of memories, and experiences, and just plain inspired. i feel like i changed over the past 2 days for the better

i'm glad i took the leap. the net appeared.  so you, take whatever leap you're wavering on, the net WILL appear, i promise.  you will fall at first, but it will all be worth it!
