It should be out within the next 7 days if the bands I emailed want to cooperate. It's okay if they don't though.

Just drag that into the Podcast section of your iTunes. Eventually it will be in the iTunes music store with the Podcasts. (This is the recommended and best way of getting the Podcast for now.)
