Current mood:  sad
After many years, and many beautiful experiences we have parted ways with our singer.  He is one one of my best friends, and one of the best guys I know.  Lonny has many ambitions and many obligations at this point in his life.  This was the best decision that we could come to.  We still love him and he still loves all of us.

DMN plans on going on, check back often for updates.

To Lonny and all of our fans, we love you and will see you soon.

Good Afternoon--

This has truly been one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. I know a lot of people say that about stupid shit, but believe me when I say it.

I have had the most amazing 5 years working with these amazing musicians. Its hard to know when something has run its course but its incumbent upon those involved to recognize it.

I wish all of the remaining members the best of luck in all they do.

Thank you to all of the fans who have given me some of the greatest memories that I will ever have. Thanks to my 4 best friends Matt, Dan, Sean, and Paul.

I guess now instead of "How's Everybody Doing Tonight?" I should ask

"What's everybody doing tonight?" :) See you all soon.

-Lon

Lonny,

I'm really sad about this decision, but I wish you the best of luck in everything you do.

And I'll never forget - "What the fuck, Beck??" ... :)

I'll miss seeing you on stage.

The Paul Lucenti Show

Lonny is the wittiest person I know. I feel he and I share a special bond and will always have that. I stood behind him most often because I believe in his talent. I'm sure we wont be hearing the last from Mr Friendland. I'm not even gonna say "thanks for the memories" or "Its been fun" because its not over.
Rock On Brother!!

I want to thank you Lonny for making me feel welcome in the band when I first started and was unsure of how I would fit in. You made things a lot easier for me as a musician and as a bandmate. I love you and I wish you all the luck with everything you do. And Paul is right, its not over, we haven't seen the last of each other. I know I've only been in the band for a little over a year now, but its been by far the best year of my life, and I almost feel like I have always been a part of this, and I thank you for that.

Lonny still rocks~
I am sorry this was the direction to take, and I hope it works out well for all parties involved- I am sure it will.
All of you are VERY talented, even 'Z-Paul', my buddy. Just kidding, Paul's not as talented as you guys :)

Man, sorry to hear. Lonny, I have not been to more recent practices but the ones I have been to I must say where great. I have not know the band for long but everyone down there I felt like I could connect with on some level. I wish everyone well and I am looking froward from hearing some new shit soon.

Its sad Lonny left. I havent known the band that long.. I only saw you guys play once at Snitch and Lonny was the one band member that spoke to me that night. And while you may not like my opinion I dont think you'll never replace Lonny. Noone else can sing these songs like he can. he sings the music with feeling like they are personal like he believes and feels what the songs are saying, that's a talent thats hard to find.
Reconcile and reunite!
