Hey everyone,
Its been a little while since we have posted on here. We have been jumping through lots of hoops for the better of the band. We have been writing and recording new material and have some great and sad news to share with all of you.
-We have parted ways with Joe Roberts as our bass player due to stylistic differences. Heavy gets boring after a while and writing better songs is our goal. This being said we like to welcome Josh Wigal as our new bass player.
-Derrick has recieved an endorsment by ENGL Amps, which is amazing!!! If you know him he is a tone freak and Mesa Boogie has been his workhorse for years. But after playing the ENGL amps he was blown away!!! So ENGL has to be the REAL DEAL!!! Check them out!!! You can also find him on their website under noted users. www.engl-amps.com
-Derrick was also asked to film a guitar video for Godin Guitars, which he has been endorsed by for many years. It will be posted on Godin's website in the near future. You must check out thier new line of  the Summit CT. guitars they are outstanding!!  www.godinguitars.com
-We have been getting great feedback from fans and labels regarding our new direction/materail and plan to further change the sound that is Thirty Ought Six. So keep posted for new tracks very soon.
-Finally we would like to send Brent and his family our prayers as he has found out that his father has stage 4 cancer. This has taken a toll on his family as expected and our hearts go out to them all. Cancer is a fucked up thing and all it does is steal our loved ones from us.
We would like to thank all of you for all the support you have given us over the years and we look forward to seeing you guys very soon!!!

Thank you,
THIIRTY OUGHT SIX
