which can only mean one thing: Spring!

and so this young grizzly bear emerges... not quite rested, more restless than anything else...

things i learned (am learning) during hibernation:
1. it is never good to hibernate for too long.
2. too much time alone is too much time alone.
3. when music makes you miserable, go for a walk.
4. when music makes you happy, keep playing til your fingers bleed.
5. electrics are sexy.
6. writing crap is still good practice.
7. i miss playing out.

I thought that was only a midwest thing, smelling BS (literally) once the thaw hits. I keep dreaming about moving back to CA but I might have to reconsider...
