We are in transition.  We know we need to adjust if we are to survive.  We pray that a sign will be given to us, but will we notice?  A new beginning?  Will our eyes be opened or will we continue with our heads in the sand?

We are hesitant to change, but change we must if we are to survive.  What will we lose to change??  What will we gain??

I pray that we are worthy.

Please be patient as we stumble through this transition.
