It's amazing how much better your life can seem once you've released whatever emotional baggage was weighing you down...

I've had some personal shit going on lately that's really been weighing me down - severely, in case ya'll hadn't noticed. I have done what we all must do in scenarios such as that... I released, took a deep breath... Exhaled slowly and acknowledged that it was time to move on, as there was nothing more that could be done.

What an uplifting, amazingly healthy experience it is to finally just throw in the towel! I know that sounds bad, but it really isn't, if you think about it...

If it's a situation that's outside of your control, or let's say you've done all you can do, and that there's nothing left to be done - just let go.

Relax.

Surrender to fate and decide to move on.

It's as if G-d, Himself, is no longer standing on my chest.

Shalom, my friends, and those of you who were reaching out to try and help, thank you. I knew that it would come to a head - and that I would be able to move on... I just didn't know when that moment of Zen would come.

It came.

Thankfully.

And I'm ready to pick up my bags and move on to tomorrow's challenge.

Thanks to those of you who talked to me when I needed you, and (of COURSE) thanks to my loving husband, as always.
