As many of you know Jb has an 11yr old daughter who was sexually moledsted by her stepfather in Windom, MN. He is in jail and looking at facing 25yrs in prison. The mother of the child also knew of these acts and is in jail as well looking at facing 15yrs in prison. Alright so enough background on Feburary 4th 2008 we were supposed to having a hearing allowing the child (kylie) to come stay with Jenni and myself. I recieved a phone call early Thursday Jan 31, 2008 stating the court date had been moved to the 15th of Feburary 2008. Which would have ben fine with me had Family services not told Kylie that she would be going to live with her dad on Feb 4th 2008. When she was told this she was so excited had all her stuff packed but the clothes she needed for the week. This is very upsetting to Kylie and she has been through enough already.
