After 5 years of energetic and enthusiastic drumming, we have decided to split ways with our dear friend and drummer Peter H. Larsen.
We want you all to know that this has been one of the hardest decisions in the history of the band, but we are happy to say that the split with Peter was without any hard feelings what so ever. Peter is still a close friend of the band and we will always remember the good times we had on the road, in the studio and in our personal lives. We wish Peter the best of luck on his musical journey and in his personal life.
We will play the last show with Peter at Varde Open Air 2009, on the 25th of July. So if you are in Denmark, make sure you come to this show and help us say goodbye to Peter in the best possible way!

At the same time we welcome our new drummer, Kristian "Krenne" Pedersen. Kristian has been playing in various local bands. He is an experienced drummer with lots of attitude and energy on stage. So we are looking forward to be writing a new chapter in the life of Powderhog with him as the anchorman behind the drums. If you want to see Kristian in action with yours truely, be sure to catch us at MC Fyn Festival 2009 in Odense, Denmark on the 14th of August! Hope to see you all out there!
